INTENTIONAL SUPPORT

Finding the right kind of support matters. I offer therapy that is thoughtful, attuned, and responsive to the complexity of your lived experience. Below are the areas where I am most helpful in supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Post-Traumatic Stress & Meaning-Making

Trauma can shake the very foundation of how we see ourselves and the world around us. I work with individuals who are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, whether recent or long past, helping them process the pain, reconnect with their sense of self, and begin to make meaning from what they have endured. Together, we explore pathways toward healing that are grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that recovery is possible.

Grief & Loss

Grief is not a problem to solve but a process to move through with care. I offer a space where clients can honor their losses, whether the death of a loved one, a relationship, a future they imagined, or a part of themselves, with gentleness and honesty. Together, we make space for sorrow, memory, and the slow unfolding of life after loss.

Life Transition & Adjustment

Major life changes, either welcomed or unexpected, can leave us feeling disoriented. Whether you are navigating a career shift, parenthood, divorce, relocation, or a new identity, I provide support to help you stay grounded while adapting to what comes next. Therapy is a space to explore who you are becoming and how to move forward with intention.

Relationship & Attachment Challenges

The patterns we carry into our relationships often trace back to earlier attachment wounds. I help clients explore the deeper roots of relational conflict, disconnection, or insecurity, supporting them in cultivating healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves. This work is often tender, but deeply transformative.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) & Psychedelic Integration

Non-ordinary states of consciousness can open up profound opportunities for insight, emotional release, and healing. I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking support before, during, and after their journeys, as well as integration sessions to help make sense of psychedelic experiences in a grounded, therapeutic space.

EMDR

Difficult experiences from the past can continue to shape how we feel, think, and relate in the present. When memories or patterns feel stuck or overwhelming, EMDR offers a structured, research-supported approach to help process what has been hard to move through. I offer EMDR therapy as a way to safely access, explore, and integrate these experiences.
